Pursuant to the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam – Region 2 Branch under Official Letter No. 7677/KV2-GS1 dated December 23, 2025 regarding the approval of the relocation of BIDV Ba Chieu, and Official Letter No. 290/KV2-GS1 dated January 13, 2026 regarding the change of the name of BIDV Ba Chieu Branch, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – FDI Branch I hereby announce as follows:

1. Name of the branch: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – FDI 1 Branch

2. Location of the branch to be changed:

- Former location: Ground Floor, Mezzanine Floor, and 4th Floor, No. 153 Hai Ba Trung Street, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City;

- New location: 8th Floor and 9th Floor, No. 14–16 Phan Dang Luu Street, Gia Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

3. Effective date: Expected from April 20, 2026.
