Pursuant to the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam – Region 14 Branch under Official Letter No. 72/KV14-QLGS1 dated January 10, 2026 regarding the change of branch managing for Thuan Hoa Transaction Office, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam hereby announce as follows:

1. To change of branch managing Thuan Hoa Transaction Office from Soc Trang Branch to Dong Bang Song Cuu Long Branch. Name of the transaction office changed as follows:

- Former name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Viet Nam – Soc Trang Branch – Thuan Hoa Transaction Office.

- New name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Viet Nam – Dong Bang Song Cuu Long Branch – Thuan Hoa Transaction Office.

2. Location of the transaction office: No 201,  1A National Route, Phu Tam commune, Can Tho City.

4. Effective date: February 01 2026.
