From 1 May 2020, BIDV will cease to provide its SMS alerts about transaction activities valued less than VND30,000, while newly introducing a free of charge OTT transaction alert featured on BIDV SmartBanking.

Accordingly, from 7 April 2020, BIDV provides a free of charge OTT transaction alert on BIDV SmartBanking using superior encryption technology.

To check your account balance, please login to your BIDV Smartbanking or BIDV Online. Customers who are already using BIDV Online can register for BIDV SmartBanking app via https://ebank.bidv.com.vn/DKNHDT/ or select “Online registration” within the app for free.
