The BIDV FX Hub is a next-generation foreign exchange trading platform developed to deliver a modern, fully online, and seamless transaction experience for customers. Leveraging end-to-end automation, FX Hub executes all steps of the FX transaction lifecycle - including rate quotation, deal confirmation, document verification, position management, and real-time accounting - allowing customers to complete transactions swiftly with simple and intuitive actions.
The system provides the best and most transparent exchange rates, updated continuously and applied consistently across all transaction channels, ensuring that customers always benefit from the most competitive pricing at any given time. With its centralized operating model, FX Hub fully and flexibly accommodates a wide range of customers’ foreign exchange needs, supporting multiple currencies and various products from spot to forward transactions.
Notably, FX Hub serves as the core processing engine for FX transactions on digital channels such as BIDV Direct and SmartBanking, enabling customers to transact faster, more conveniently, and more securely. With the goal of building “Smart Branch Counters – Paperless Transactions”, BIDV has launched the Smart Counter Hub (SCH) project to restructure the in-branch customer transaction journey and comprehensively integrate operational programs in line with the direction of Digitalization – Simplification – Standardization – Centralization.
This marks a breakthrough in counter transactions, transforming both the technology platform and user experience — from tellers operating across multiple fragmented systems to “ONE SUPER APP” with a unified, centralized interface.
The transaction journey is fully digitized: Customers confirm transactions electronically instead of signing paper documents. Transaction documents are sent to customers and stored digitally. Notably, end-of-day reconciliation and document consolidation are automated, enhancing risk control and reducing manual workload.
Smart Counter Hub not only improves labor productivity but also reduces operational costs, steadily advancing BIDV’s vision of becoming BIGGER – STRONGER – GREENER.

B.Cash is a comprehensive digitalization system for Banknotes and Vaults operations across the entire BIDV network, aimed to automate, standardizing, and enhance the transparency of all operational procedures. The system digitalizes each step of the workflow, ensuring tight control over all actions performed in the digital environment. All transaction documents are generated, electronically stored, fully eliminating paper documents, reducing risks, strengthening control effectiveness, expediting staff operations, shortening processing time, and providing intelligent reports that support management, risk governance, and resource optimization.
B.Cash delivers exceptional value through advanced features such as forecasting, calculating and recommending optimal cash levels and replenishment schedules at ATMs/Transaction Office/Branch’s, thereby ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in cash supply operations.
Beyond internal application, B.Cash also enables the provision of cash-related services to corporate clients, individual’s customers, and financial institutions, thereby contributing to BIDV’s positioning as a pioneer in centralized, modern, secure, and professional cash management.

Developed entirely by BIDV’s own teams, the platform reflects a strong spirit of technological ownership and an unwavering desire for innovation. Designed as a “super office application” for the entire organization, B.One delivers a unified ecosystem built around six functional spaces: B.Work, B.Legal, B.Me, B.Service, B.Wiki, and B.Media.
Beyond consolidating internal office operations, B.One also pioneers the digitalization of Party and Trade Union activities—integrated for the first time on a single platform. With a modern interface and seamless performance on both web and mobile, B.One enables staff to process tasks more quickly and transparently, while significantly reducing reliance on paperwork. More importantly, B.One is developed with a product-driven mindset, continuously enhanced based on user feedback. It is not only an application that supports task management, communication, and information flow across the bank, but also a symbol of BIDV’s spirit of innovation—bold, forward-thinking, and ready to break through in building a smart and efficient digital workplace. B.One continues to expand with new features to meet the bank’s evolving management and operational needs.

BIDV Payment Hub – Centralized Payment Transaction Processing Center is the most cutting-edge and optimized payment solution, which was entirely developed by BIDV’s 100% in-house expertise.
The successful deployment of Payment Hub system contributes significantly to fulfilling BIDV’s internal payment system, comprehensively digitizing all payment services, enhancing transaction processing speed and risk management capabilities, catering the ever-increasing demands of customers.
Built on the most advanced architecture and technology platforms (notably featuring Micro-Service, Micro-Frontend, AngularJS, Tibco6, Oracle GoldenGate, OpenShift infrastructure and fully adherence to ISO20022 standard), BIDV Payment Hub is capable of multi-task operations, quickly and accurately handling a very high volume of payment requests: 20 million transactions/day in the year 2025 and 100 million transactions/day in the year 2030.
By achieving the Top 10 Sao Khue Award in 2024 in the "Digital Banking" category, BIDV Payment Hub serves as a key feature, demonstrating BIDV’s leading position in in its Digital Transformation strategy within the payment industry.

Notification Hub, BIDV’s next-generation omnichannel notification delivery platform, is an optimized solution designed to deliver customer alerts via OTT, SMS, and Email with superior speed, accuracy, and high-volume processing capacity. Developed on BIDV’s modern technology foundation, the system operates with outstanding stability, reducing 40–60% manual workload at the Back Office and supporting up to 18 million messages per day, targeting 50 million messages per day by 2030.
Notification Hub enables comprehensive digitalization of balance-change notifications and transaction-related alerts, significantly improving delivery speed: OTT messages are sent almost instantly, SMS within 2 seconds depending on the telco, and Email within seconds to one minute depending on the email server. The platform also offers real-time monitoring, traceability, and detailed error diagnostics, substantially enhancing customer service efficiency.
The rollout of Notification Hub marks an important milestone in BIDV’s Digital Transformation strategy, elevating customer experience and standardizing notification services across the entire banking network.
