Pursuant to the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam – Region 2 Branch under Official Letter No. 4776/KV2-GS1 dated September 24, 2025 regarding the change of branch managing for transaction offices under BIDV Ba Muoi Thang Tu, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam hereby announce the changes as follows:

1. Change the managing branch of Le Thi Rieng Transaction Office from BIDV Ba Muoi Thang Tu to BIDV Sai Gon Center.

- Name of the transaction office changed as follows:

+ Former name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ba Muoi Thang Tu Branch – Le Thi Rieng Transaction Office;

+ New name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Sai Gon Center Branch – Le Thi Rieng Transaction Office.

- Name of the transaction office changed as follows:

+ Former name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ba Muoi Thang Tu Branch – Ta Quang Buu Transaction Office;

+ New name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Sai Gon Center Branch – Ta Quang Buu Transaction Office.

- Location of the transaction office: No. 916B-916C, Ta Quang Buu Street, Binh Dong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
