Pursuant to the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam – Region 1 Branch under Official Letter No. 1346/KV1-QLGS1 dated April 07, 2026, regarding the change of Hang Chuoi Transaction Office - BIDV Ha Noi's location, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ha Noi Branch hereby announce as follows:

1. Name of the transaction office to be changed:

- Former name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ha Noi Branch – Hang Chuoi Transaction Office.

- New name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ha Noi Branch – Han Thuyen Transaction Office.

2. Location of the transaction office to be changed:

- Former location: No 3 Hang Chuoi Street, Hai Ba Trung Ward, Ha Noi City;

- New location: No 34 Han Thuyen Street, Cua Nam Ward, Ha Noi City.

3. Effective date: The second quarter of 2026.
