Pursuant to the document 2019/KV14-QLGS1dated September 23, 2025 of the State Bank of Vietnam- Region 14 branch regarding the change branch managing of Song Hau Transaction Office under Soc Trang Branch to Tay Do Branch, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam would like to announce the change as follows:

1. To change of branch managing Song Hau Transaction Office from Soc Trang Branch to Tay Do Branch. Name of the transaction office changed as follows:

- Former name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Soc Trang Branch – Song Hau Transaction Office;

- New name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Tay Do Branch – Song Hau Transaction Office.

2. Location of the transaction office: No 15, Hung Vuong Street, Soc Trang Ward, Can Tho city.

3. Telephone: (+84) 299 381 2262

4. Effective date: Within 6 months from the date of approval by the State Bank of Vietnam, Region 14.
