Pursuant to the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam - Region 7 Branch under Official Letter No 2151/KV7-QLGS1 dated September 29, 2025 regarding the termination of operations of BIDV Thanh Nam, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam hereby announce as follows:

1. Name of the branch terminated: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Thanh Nam Branch;

2. Location of the branch: No. 80, Dong A Street, Hoa Vuong Urban Area, Nam Dinh Ward, Ninh Binh Province.

3. Telephone: (+84) 228 367 1188

4. Effective date: October 1, 2025.

All assets, rights, obligations, and related interests of BIDV Thanh Nam and its subordinate transaction offices shall be transferred to BIDV Nam Dinh.
