Pursuant to the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam – Region 1 Branch under Official Letter No. 3952/KV1-QLGS1 dated August 24, 2026, regarding the change of BIDV Ha Thanh – Thap Ha Noi Transaction Office's location (Pursuant to the Decision No 7417/QĐ-BIDV dated August 28, 2026 of BIDV on changing BIDV Ha Thanh – Thap Ha Noi Transaction Office's address), Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ha Thanh Branch hereby announce as follows:

1. Name of the transaction office to be changed:

- Former name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ha Thanh Branch - Thap Ha Noi Transaction Office

- New name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam- Ha Thanh Branch – Vo Thi Sau Transaction Office.
