Pursuant to the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam – Region 1 Branch under Official Letter No. 2048/KV1-QLGS1 dated May 14, 2026, regarding the change of BIDV SGD3's location, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Branch hereby announce as follows:

1. Name of the branch: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – SGD3 Branch

2. Location/Address of the branch to be changed:

- Former location: No 20, Hang Tre Street, Hoan Kiem Commune,Ha Noi City;

- New location: No 70, Hong Tien Street, Bo De Commune, Ha Noi City.

3. Effective date: 01 July, 2026.
