Pursuant to the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam – Region 2 Branch under Official Letter No. 3860/KV2-GS1 dated May 7, 2026 regarding the relocation of Tay Bac Cu Chi Transaction Office – BIDV Cu Chi Branch (and pursuant to BIDV’s Decision No. 3433/QĐ-BIDV dated May 12, 2026 on the change of the location of Tay Bac Cu Chi Transaction Office – BIDV Cu Chi Branch), the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Cu Chi Branch hereby announces as follows:

1. Name of the transaction office: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Cu Chi Branch –Tay Bac Cu Chi Transaction Office.

2. Location of the transaction office changed:

- Former location: No. 419 Phan Van Khai Street, Cu Chi Commune, Ho Chi Minh City;

- New location: No. 82 Lieu Binh Huong Street, Cu Chi Commune, Ho Chi Minh City.

3. Effective date: From May 18, 2026.
