Pursuant to the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam – Region 2 Branch under Official Letter No. 3860/KV2-GS1 dated May 7, 2026 regarding the relocation of North West Cu Chi Transaction Office – BIDV Cu Chi, the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Cu Chi Branch hereby announces as follows:

1. Name of the transaction office: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Cu Chi Branch – North West Cu Chi Transaction Office.

2. Location of the transaction office changed:

- Former location: No. 419, Phan Van Khai Street, Cu Chi Commune, Ho Chi Minh City;

- New location: No. 82, Lieu Binh Huong Street, Cu Chi Commune, Ho Chi Minh City.

3. Effective date: From May 18, 2026.
