Pursuant to the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam – Region 2 Branch under Official Letter No.4930/KV2-GS1 dated June 02, 2026, regarding the change of BIDV Thu Duc City Branch's location (Pursuant to the Decision No.4054/QĐ-BIDV dated June 3, 2026 of BIDV on changing BIDV Southern Cash Services Branch's location), Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – BIDV Southern Cash Services Branch hereby announce as follows:

2. Location of the branch to be changed:
