Pursuant to the document No. 3657/KV1-QLGS1 dated November 14, 2025 of the State Bank of Vietnam Region 1 on changing BIDV 268 Doi Can’s location (Pursuant to the Decision No 10031/QĐ-BIDV dated November 18, 2025 on changing BIDV Ba Dinh – 268 Doi Can Transaction Office's name and location), Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ba Dinh Branch would like to announce the change as follows:

1. Name of the transaction office changed:

- Former name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ba Dinh Branch – 268 Doi Can Transaction Office

- New name:  Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ba Dinh Branch – 443 Doi Can Transaction Office

2. Location of the transaction office changed:

- Former location: No 268 Doi Can Street, Ngoc Ha Ward, Hanoi City

- New location: 1st and 2nd floors, house number 443 Doi Can Street, Ngoc Ha Ward, Hanoi City
