Pursuant to the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam – Region 5 Branch under Official Letter No. 2242/KV5-QLGS dated September 19, 2025, regarding the termination of operations of Tam Thanh Transaction Office under BIDV Lang Son, the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Lang Son Branch hereby announce as follows:

1. Name of the transaction office to be terminated: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Lang Son Branch – Tam Thanh Transaction Office

2. Location of the transaction office: No. 169, Le Hong Phong Street, Tam Thanh Ward, Lang Son Province

4. Effective date: October 1, 2025

All assets, rights, obligations, and related interests of Tam Thanh Transaction Office shall be transferred to BIDV Lang Son.
