Pursuant to the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam - Region 14 Branch under Official Letter 1985/KV14-QLGS1 dated September 19, 2025 regarding the termination of operations of BIDV Dong Khoi, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam hereby announce as follows:

1. Name of the branch terminated: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Dong Khoi Branch;

2. Location of the branch: No. 59, Dong Khoi Avenue, An Hoi Ward, Vinh Long Province.

4. Effective date: October 1, 2025.

All assets, rights, obligations, and related interests of BIDV Dong Khoi and its subordinate transaction offices shall be transferred to BIDV Ben Tre.
