Pursuant to the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam – Region 2 Branch under Official Letter No. 7695/KV2-GS1 dated August 20, 2026 regarding the relocation of Nguyen Van Linh Transaction Office – BIDV Nam Sai Gon Branch (and pursuant to BIDV’s Decision No. 8448/QĐ-BIDV dated September 28, 2026 on the change of the location of Nguyen Van Linh Transaction Office – BIDV Nam Sai Gon Branch), the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Nam Sai Gon Branch hereby announces as follows:

1. Name of the transaction office: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Nam Sai Gon Branch – Nguyen Van Linh Transaction Office.

2. Location of the transaction office changed:

- Former location: Room 3, Ground Floor, Lawrence S. Ting Building, No. 801 Nguyen Van Linh Street, Tan My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City;

- New location: No. 0.09, Mixed-Use Residential Complex at Plot S6-1, No. 89 Nguyen Luong Bang Street, Tan My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

3. Effective date: Expected from October 19, 2026
