Based on Decision No. 2564/QĐ-BIDV dated April 14, 2026 of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) regarding the change in the managing branch of Nguyen Binh Khiem Transaction Office from being under District 7 Sai Gon Branch to Ho Chi Minh City Branch, the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam hereby announces as follows

1. To change of branch managing Nguyen Binh Khiem Transaction Office from District 7 Sai Gon Branch to Ho Chi Minh City Branch. Name of the transaction office changed as follows:

- Former name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – District 7 Sai Gon Branch – Nguyen Binh Khiem Transaction Office;

- New name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ho Chi Minh City Branch – Nguyen Binh Khiem Transaction Office.

2. Location of the transaction office (unchanged): No. 58/16–58/18 Nguyen Binh Khiem Street, Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

3. Effective date: 20 April, 2026.
