Broadcasts audio notifications of credited balance changes to the Seller’s account when the Buyer makes payment by scanning a QR code via the Speaker.

One account linked to multiple speakers

Allows the Seller to receive transaction notifications from multiple Speakers → convenient for managing chain stores.

Provision of sales support features

Includes cash flow management tools by store; allows replay of the most recent notification; provides revenue reporting software by store/time/employee, etc.

    • Allows Sellers to link their payment accounts opened at BIDV with dedicated Speaker devices.
    • Supports payment for goods and services at the Seller’s physical stores/business locations by broadcasting audio notifications of successful payment transactions when Buyers use banking applications/e-wallets to scan QR codes on the Speaker device.
    • Allows Sellers to receive transaction notifications from multiple Speakers or change the linked account within BIDV.
    • Provides cash flow management tools by store; allows replay of the latest notification; includes revenue reporting software by store/time/employee, etc.
  • The Seller must have a payment account at BIDV.
  • The Seller agrees to the Service Terms and Conditions (on the Speaker application) and links the payment account to the Speaker device.
  • Customers are kindly requested to contact the nearest BIDV Branch/Transaction Office for assistance with service registration.
  • Registration forms, user guides, service fees, incentives, and promotional programs will be provided by BIDV Branches/Transaction Offices to customers in accordance with policies applicable from time to time.
