Special Purpose Demand Deposits

Management according to the purpose of the account: Fully meets the
needs of management and use of the account according to the purposes of customers
and state management agencies;

Account opening procedures: fast and convenient;

Currency: diverse according to needs;

General introduction: It is a demand deposit product opened by institutional customers at BIDV to manage and use funds in the account according to certain purposes requested by the customer and/or at the request of State management agencies;
Subjects of application: Domestic and foreign institutional customers (resident/non-resident in Vietnam) who are allowed to deposit money according to the provisions of Vietnamese Law and BIDV.
Currency: VND, USD, EUR and other foreign currencies according to customer needs, in accordance with the provisions of law and BIDV.
Minimum balance: 1,000,000 VND, 100 USD, 100 EUR, 10,000 JPY (except for Specialized deposit accounts for direct investment capital in Vietnam, Specialized deposit accounts for indirect investment capital in Vietnam, Specialized deposit accounts for foreign loans and debt repayment) and does not apply to other foreign currencies.
Interest rate: As agreed with customers, ensuring compliance with the ceiling interest rate for demand capital mobilization according to regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam and BIDV in each period.
