1. Implementation Period: From September 27, 2024, to October 31, 2024, or until the program's budget is fully utilized, whichever comes first.

3. Applicable Locations: All CellphoneS stores nationwide (Store list available at: https://cellphones.com.vn/dia-chi-cua-hang).

4. Promotion Details: Direct discount of VND 1,000,000 off the listed price for the first 500 customers purchasing/installing iPhone 16 Series products at CellphoneS using BIDV cards.

5. Conditions of Application:

- Eligible Transactions:

+ Transactions made to purchase iPhone 16 Series products using BIDV cards (specified in Section 2) at CellphoneS POS during the promotion period.

+ Transactions recorded and processed by BIDV’s system within 7 days after the promotion ends.

+ Valid transactions exclude: transactions under dispute/complaint, refunded or canceled transactions, payments of fees and interest, transactions that reduce customers’ credit limit, or transactions identified by BIDV as fraudulent or exploitative.

+ 100% of the order value (after deducting promotions) must be paid using BIDV cards (as specified in Section 2).

+ Each cardholder can only receive the reward once during the program.

+ Can be combined with the 0% interest installment program but cannot be used with other installment promotions running simultaneously.

+ The promotion cannot be converted into cash/products/services or transferred to others.

6. Other Regulations:

- Customers must use the rewards within the scope of the promotion and comply with the terms and conditions set by the service provider. BIDV is not responsible for handling customer complaints related to the service provider's processes or quality or third-party issues (if any).

- Customers benefiting from the promotion must not close their cards within 6 months from the end of the promotion. If a customer closes their card before this period, BIDV reserves the right to recover the cash value/rewards received and deduct it from any accounts held by the customer at BIDV.

- BIDV may contact customers via phone/email registered with BIDV to verify information and request additional documents if necessary.

- BIDV is not liable for force majeure events that may affect transactions during the program, causing errors, delays, or unprocessed transactions.

- BIDV is not responsible for any taxes arising from customers receiving promotional rewards. Any taxes or payments to the tax authorities for receiving promotional rewards will be the customer's responsibility.

- BIDV reserves the right to deny rewards to customers who provide invalid, unclear, or incomplete information or violate any terms of this program.
