Promotion period: From March 1, 2025 to May 31, 2025 or until the budget runs out, whichever comes first

Promotion content: 10% refund (up to 6,000 Yen, ~ 1,000,000 VND) when accumulated spending in Japan with BIDV JCB international credit card reaches 50,000 Yen (~ 8,000,000 VND) or more.

- Each cardholder is refunded once/program

- This program may not apply to some products and services.

- It is not transferable or exchangeable to others

- Participating stores may change/terminate for any reason

- The exchange rate of the original transaction and the refund may differ

- Transactions eligible for the program are calculated based on the transaction date. Transactions that have not been recorded in the system during the program period will not be considered eligible transactions

- The offer will be refunded directly to the Cardholder's card

- Decimal amounts will be rounded down

- The Cardholder will not receive a refund in the following cases:

• The goods/service transaction has been changed, canceled, refunded or is considered fraudulent.
• The card is canceled or the account is deactivated before the refund date.
• The card is invalid at the time of receiving the refund.
• The card number is changed due to card renewal or re-issuance before the refund date.
• When the transaction is not recorded in the system during the program period for any reason.
• When the transaction is made through an intermediary partner and not directly from a participating store
• BIDV/JCB will not be responsible for any problems, losses or damages that the cardholder may suffer when participating in the cashback program
• In case the cardholder violates the Terms and Conditions, causing damage to BIDV/JCB/a third party through fraudulent/illegal acts related to participating in this program, BIDV/JCB has the right to terminate and cancel other incentives/payment transactions. In that case, all accumulated amounts in the program up to the time of cancellation will be void.
