• Medical examination and treatment due to accident or illness:

+ Payment: When receiving medical examination and treatment at medical locations not affiliated with BIC, please pay the medical examination and treatment costs, then collect and send claim documents to BIC via BIC online app or to the nearest BIC branch within 60 days from the last date of treatment.
