Those are important contents stated in the cooperation agreement for the period 2023 - 2028 signed on 30 August 2023 by and between the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) and the People's Security Academy.

At the signing ceremony, Major General, Associate Professor. Dr. Trinh Ngoc Quyen - Director of the People's Security Academy – spoke highly of the efforts of leaders and officers of the two units in the effective implementation of the cooperation agreement over the years. He said that the People's Security Academy would actively and effectively implement the contents of the newly signed cooperation agreement for the period 2023 - 2028.
