Pursuant to the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam – Region 2 Branch under Official Letter No. 7313/KV2-GS1 dated December 11, 2025, regarding the change of BIDV Phu Nhuan – Thi Nghe Transaction Office's location (Pursuant to the Decision No 10908/QĐ-BIDV dated December 11, 2025 of BIDV on changing BIDV Phu Nhuan – Thi Nghe Transaction Office's name and address), Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Phu Nhuan Branch hereby announce as follows:

1. Name of the transaction office changed:

- Former Name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Phu Nhuan Branch – Thi Nghe Transaction Office

- New Name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Phu Nhuan Branch – Hoang Sa Transaction Office
