Pursuant to the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam – Region 2 Branch under Official Letter No. 170/KV2-GS1 dated 09 January 2026, regarding the change of BIDV Hoc Mon – Nguyen Binh Transaction Office's location, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Hoc Mon Branch hereby announce as follows:

1. Name of the transaction office changed:

- Former name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Hoc Mon Branch – Nguyen Binh Transaction Office;

- New name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Hoc Mon Branch – Dong Thanh Transaction Office.

2. Location/Address of the transaction office changed:
