Pursuant to the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam – Region 10 Branch under Official Letter No. 495/KV10-QLGS1 dated March 31, 2026, regarding the change of BIDV Da Lat – Loc An Transaction Office's location, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Da Lat Branch hereby announce as follows:

1.  Name of the transaction office changed:

- Former name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Da Lat Branch - Loc An Transaction Office;

- New name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Da Lat Branch - Dam Rong Transaction Office.

2. Location of the branch to be changed:

- Former location: National Highway 20, Bao Lam 2 Commune, Lam Dong Province;

- New location: Village 1, Dam Rong 2 Commune, Lam Dong Province.
