Pursuant to the document No. 2846/KV5-QLGS dated November 18, 2025 of the State Bank of Vietnam Region 5 on changing BIDV Ba Be’s location and the Decision No 10031/QĐ-BIDV dated November 18, 2025 on changing BIDV Thai Nguyen – Ba Be Transaction Office's name and location), Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Thai Nguyen Branch would like to announce the change as follows:
1. Name of the transaction office changed:
- Former name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Thai Nguyen Branch – Ba Be Transaction Office
- New name:  Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Thai Nguyen Branch – Dinh Hoa Transaction Office
