Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Nam Dinh Branch hereby announce the change as follows:

1. Name of the transaction office changed:

- Former name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Nam Dinh Branch – Ha Long Transaction Office;

- New name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Nam Dinh Branch – Chau Giang Transaction Office.

2. Location of the transaction office changed:

- Former location: No. 177, Phu Nghia Street, Nam Dinh Ward, Ninh Binh Province.

- New location: VNPT Ninh Binh Office, Le Duan Street, Phu Ly Ward, Ninh Binh Province (Land Lot No. 17, under the detailed planning of Liem Chinh Urban Area, former Phu Ly City, former Ha Nam Province).

4. Effective date: Operations at the new location under the new name will commence from September 18, 2026.
