Pursuant to the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam – Region 9 Branch under Official Letter No. 3077/KV9-QLGS dated August 11, 2026, regarding the change of BIDV Phu Xuan – An Dong Transaction Office's location, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Phu Xuan Branch hereby announce as follows:

1. Name of the transaction office: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Phu Xuan Branch – An Dong Transaction Office.

2. Change of name and location of the Transaction Office:

- Former location: No. 70 Truong Chinh, Vy Da Ward, Hue City.

- New location: Lots C16–C17, Nam Vy Da Residential Area, Vy Da Ward, Hue City.

- Former name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Phu Xuan Branch – An Dong Transaction Office.
