Pursuant to the document No.3169/KV2-GS1 dated July 30, 2025 of the State Bank of Vietnam – region 2 Branch on changing BIDV Nam Ky Khoi Nghia – Nguyen Thien Thuat Transaction Office's location (Pursuant to the Decision No 6104/QĐ-BIDV dated August 5, 2025 of BIDV on changing BIDV Nam Ky Khoi Nghia – Nguyen Thien Thuat Transaction Office's name and location), Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Branch would like to announce the change as follows:

1. Location of the transaction office changed:

- Former location: Part of the building (ground floor), No. 281-283-285-287, Nguyen Thien Thuat Street, Ban Co Ward, Ho Chi Minh City;

- New location: No. 39, 41 (2nd floor) Pho Duc Chinh Street, Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

2. Name of the transaction office changed:

- Former name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Branch – Nguyen Thien Thuat Transaction Office;

- New name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Branch – Pho Duc Chinh Transaction Office.
