Pursuant to the Resolution No.564/BIDV dated May 27, 2026 of BIDV regarding the Approval of the name of the Southern Cash Services Branch and termination of operations of the Banknotes & Vaults Management Center of Southern Vietnam, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Southern Cash Services Branch hereby announce as follows:

1. Name of the transaction office changed:

- Former name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Thanh pho Thu Duc Branch

- New name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Southern Cash Services Branch
