Pursuant to the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam – Region 2 Branch under Official Letter No. 7495/KV2-GS1 dated August 14, 2026, regarding the change of Hung Phu Transaction Office - BIDV Binh Hung Sai Gon's location, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Binh Hung Sai Gon Branch hereby announce as follows:

1. Name of the branch: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Binh Hung Sai Gon Branch

2. Location of the transaction office to be changed:

- Former location: No. 835-835A Ta Quang Buu Street, Chanh Hung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City;

- New location: No. 175 To Hien Thanh Street, Hoa Hung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

3. Effective date: expected to begin from September, 2026.
