Based on the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam, Region 2 Branch in Official Document No. 6513/KV2-GS1 dated November 14, 2025 of the State Bank of Vietnam, Region 2 Branch on approving the change of location of Nguyen Dinh Chieu Transaction Office under BIDV Ho Chi Minh City Branch and the Decision No. 10075/QD-BIDV dated November 19, 2025 of BIDV on changing the location of the head office and changing the name of Nguyen Dinh Chieu Transaction Office - Ho Chi Minh City Branch. Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh City Branch announces the change as follows

1. Change of location of Nguyen Dinh Chieu Transaction Office - Ho Chi Minh City Branch:

- Former location: No. 123 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City;

- New location: Room 01.01, 1st Floor and Room 04.01, 4th Floor, Yteco Office and Warehouse Building, No. 181 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

2. Effective date: From December 8, 2025
