Pursuant to the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam – Region 2 Branch under Official Letter No. 9313/KV2-GS1 dated October 09, 2026 regarding the relocation of An Khanh Transaction Office – BIDV Thu Thiem Branch (and pursuant to BIDV’s Decision No. 9001/QĐ-BIDV dated October 12, 2026 on the change of the location of An Khanh Transaction Office – BIDV Thu Thiem Branch), the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Thu Thiem Branch hereby announces as follows:

Development of Vietnam – Nam Sai Gon Branch – Nguyen Van Linh Transaction Office.

2. Location of the transaction office changed:

- Former location: A portion of the house at No. 04–06 Luong Dinh Cua Street, Binh Trung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam;

- New location: The ground floor and mezzanine floor of the building at No. 33–33A Tran Nao Street, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam..

3. Effective date: Expected from October 15, 2026
