Pursuant to the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam – Region 2 Branch under Official Letter No. 7755/KV2-GS1 dated August 21, 2026, regarding the change of BIDV Thu Thiem Branch's location, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Thu Thiem Branch hereby announce as follows:

1. Name of the branch: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Thu Thiem Branch

2. Location of the branch to be changed:

- Former location: Ground Floor, Mezzanine Floor, 1st Floor, 2nd Floor and 3rd Floor, No. 33–33A Tran Nao Street, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City;

- New location: Office No. 1.12B (1.14), Office No. 1.15 on the 1st and 2nd Floors, and Office No. 3.03 on the 3rd Floor, Tower C, The Crest Residence Building, Lot 1-13, No. 15 Tran Bach Dang Street, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

3. Effective date: Expected from October 5, 2026.
