Pursuant to the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam – Region 2 Branch under Official Letter No. 4775/KV2-GS1, No. 4775/KV2-GS1 dated September 24, 2025 regarding the change of branch managing for transaction offices under BIDV Ba Chieu, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam hereby announce the changes as follows:

1. Change the managing branch of Van Thanh Transaction Office from BIDV Ba Chieu to BIDV Thu Thiem.

- Name of the transaction office changed as follows:

+ Former name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ba Chieu Branch – Van Thanh Transaction Office;

+ New name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Thu Thiem Branch – Van Thanh Transaction Office.

+ Former name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ba Chieu Branch – Le Quang Dinh Transaction Office;

+ New name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Thong Nhat Branch – Le Quang Dinh Transaction Office.

- Location of the transaction office: Part of house No. 78 Le Quang Dinh Street and entire house No. 80 Le Quang Dinh Street, Binh Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

3. Change the managing branch of Nguyen Huu Cau Transaction Office from BIDV Ba Chieu to BIDV Thong Nhat.

- Name of the transaction office changed as follows:

+ New name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Thong Nhat Branch – Nguyen Huu Cau Transaction Office.
