Pursuant to the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam – Region 14 Branch under Official Letter No. 1987/KV14-QLGS1 dated September 19, 2025 regarding the change of branch managing for transaction offices from BIDV Dong Khoi to BIDV Ben Tre, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam hereby announce the changes as follows:

• Name of the transaction office changed as follows:
