The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) hereby announces the termination of the operations of the Southern Cash Services Center pursuant to Decision No. 6469/QĐ-BIDV dated August 3, 2026, as follows:

1. Terminate the operation of the Southern Cash & Vault Services Centre:

-   Full name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – the Southern Cash & Vault Services Centre

-   Abbreviated name: Southern Cash & Vault Services Centre

-   Address: No. 9 Vo Van Tan Street, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

2. Terminate the operation of the Thu Duc City Tranfer Point under the Southern Cash & Vault Services Centre:

-   Name: Thu Duc City Tranfer Point

-   Address: No. 650-652-652A Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Phuoc Long Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

3. Effective date: 03/08/2026.

All assets, rights, obligations, and related interests of the Southern Cash & Vault Services Centre shall be transferred to the Southern Cash Services Branch.
