Pursuant to the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam – Region 14 Branch under Official Letter No. 2005/KV4-QLGS1 dated September 22, 2025, regarding the termination of operations of Nguyen Dang Transaction Office under BIDV Tra Vinh, the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Tra Vinh Branch hereby announce as follows:

1. Name of the transaction office to be terminated: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Tra Vinh Branch – Nguyen Dang Transaction Office

2. Location of the transaction office: No 457, Nguyen Dang Street, Tra Vinh Ward, Vinh Long Province

3. Telephone: (+84) 294 385 8477

4. Effective date: October 1, 2025

All assets, rights, obligations, and related interests of Nguyen Dang Transaction Office shall be transferred to BIDV Tra Vinh.
