Pursuant to the approval of the State Bank of Vietnam – Region 6 Branch under Official Letter No. 2069/KV6-QLGS1 dated June 15, 2026, regarding the termination of operations of Cot 3 Transaction Office under BIDV Ha Long, the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ha Long Branch hereby announce as follows:

1. Name of the transaction office to be terminated: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ha Long Branch – Cot 3 Transaction Office

2. Location of the transaction office: No 414, Nguyen Van Cu Street, Ha Long District, Quang Ninh City

3. Telephone: 02033 811 340

4. Effective date: July 01st 2026.

All assets, rights, obligations, and related interests of Cot 3 Transaction Office shall be transferred to BIDV Ha Long.
