Based on National Assembly Resolution No. 202/2025/QH15 of June 12, 2025, concerning the restructuring of provincial-level administrative units, National Assembly Resolution No. 203/2025/QH15 of June 16, 2025, amending and supplementing certain articles of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Resolution No. 1680/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated June 16, 2025, of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units of Quang Tri Province in 2025; pursuant to Decision No. 4811/QD-BIDV dated June 27, 2025 of BIDV on changing the address of the branch and and changing the name and address of the transaction offices under Quang Tri Branch, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam hereby announces these changes will take effect on July 1, 2025:
