Based on National Assembly Resolution No. 202/2025/QH15 of June 12, 2025, concerning the restructuring of provincial-level administrative units, National Assembly Resolution No. 203/2025/QH15 of June 16, 2025, amending and supplementing certain articles of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Resolution No. 1686/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated June 16, 2025, of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units of Thanh Hoa Province in 2025; pursuant to Decision No. 4818/QD-BIDV dated June 27, 2025 of BIDV on changing the address of the branch and transaction offices under the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Lam Son Branch, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam hereby announces these changes will take effect on July 1, 2025:

1. Change of branch office address

- Former Address: No. 7 Phan Chu Trinh, Dien Bien Ward, Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province;

- New address: No. 7 Phan Chu Trinh, Hac Thanh Ward, Thanh Hoa Province.
