BIDV announces result of issuing bond at the 3rd time 2014

Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) announces result of issuing bond at the 3rd time 2014 as following:

​

-          Issuing institution: Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam

-          Date of issue: 31/10/2014

-          Date of expiry: 02 year

-          Amount of issue: VND1.500 billion

-          Par value: VND 01 billion per bond

-          Bond form: Book entry

-          Issue value: 100% par value

-          Bond interest: certain rate is 5,5% per year.

-          Issue modality: Selling directly to investors and via agencies

-          Payment Priorities: Bonds are direct debit, non-guarantee and not BIDV’s ancillary debt. Bonds that are issued at the same time have the same payment priorities.
