Time: effective from January 25, 2019

BIDV has launched 3D Secure (*) service   to enhance security for online transactions. For your better experience, BIDV will activate online payment (E-commerce) function by default for all BIDV individual international cards from 25JAN2019.

1. Date applied: from January 25, 2019

2. Cards applied:

- New individual international card issued from January 25, 2019

- All existing individual international cards except for whose E-commerce function were deactivated as per cardholder’s request.

3. To manage E-commerce function, please:  

- Manage on BIDV Smart Banking mobile application, select Card Service => Allow/Disallow E-commerce transaction;

- Or contact BIDV Contact Center Hotline 19009247;

- Or contact the nearest BIDV branch.

* 3D Secure service: authentication service for online transactions of international card
