Facing the difficulties caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and natural disasters, to support customers to access home loans, car loans, consumer loans or production and business loans, from 5 November 2020, BIDV expands the scale of the Mid and Long-term loan package “Companion for reaching far” to VND60,000 billion and lowers interest rates for the second time in a row.

Accordingly, from 5 November 2020 to 31 January 2021, when participating in this loan package, customers will enjoy more preferential interest rates for each applicable term:

(1) Only from 7% p.a. in The first 6 months since the first disbursement or

(2) From 7.5% p.a. in the first 12 months from the time of the first disbursement or

(3) From 7.9% p.a. in 18 months the first time since the first disbursement or

(4) From 8.3% p.a. in the first 24 months since the time of the first disbursement or

(5) From 9% p.a. for the first 36 months since time of first disbursement

(The actual interest rate differentiates from BIDV branchs).

The program applies to new disbursed loans with a minimum loan term of 36 months, helping customers actively balance their financial resources.

This is the second time BIDV reduced interest rates by 0.1% p.a. or 0.2% p.a. depending on the term to support maximum customers. So far, BIDV's medium and long term interest rates have decreased by 0.4% p.a. for some terms. Individual customers who borrow medium and long term loans for production and business activities, real housing needs, car purchases and personal needs secured by real estate that satisfy the relevant conditions of BIDV are all eligible.

In addition, customers borrowing loans from BIDV during this period will be entitled to many attractive incentives for account services and products such as: Receive VND 1,000,000 when borrowing capital and register for BIC-Binh An insurance (to December 31st 2020); Waiver of e-banking service management fee;  Up to 70% off interbank transfer fee;…
