Merchant Terms and Conditions

•    In events which the Promotion may pose conflicts with any law provision or decree of the government, the Promotion shall be amended, cancelled or modified in consistent with the law provision or decree.
•    With any transaction that Visa and/or PNJ suspects to be invalid (including forgery or abuse to enjoy preferential offers, sweepstakes) in consideration of time of transaction, place of transaction or other factors, Visa and/or PNJ reserve rights to request customers for supporting document provision for Visa and/or PNJ to perform eligibility check.
•    Visa and/or PNJ are exempted from liabilities for force majeure events that may occur during the Promotion. Force majeure circumstances include but not limited to: acts of war, acts of foreign enemies, revolutionary rebellion, riots, civil war, disorder, requisition, or acts of military or usurped power, laws, regulations, conduct or orders of the government, indirectly or directly, embargoes, natural disasters, fires, extreme weather, flood, strike, disease (of any cause), any delay, breach or failure of computers, including function or equipment failure, in providing any banking device, facility or service to customers which the delay, breach or processing error of such computer is beyond the reasonable control of Visa and/or PNJ, or other events, other force majeure circumstances that the Parties are unable to foresee and make the Promotion commercially impracticable
