1. Visa Vietnam Affluent Dining Program

Eligible Cards:

Any valid Visa Signature, Visa Infinite and Visa Commercial (including Visa Business and Visa Corporate) cards issued in Vietnam

Program Details:

• 25% off total bill (inclusive of food and drinks) when paid by a valid Visa Signature, Visa Infinite, Visa Commercial card everyday at any participating restaurant, for bill value from VND 1,000,000 to VND 3,000,000.

• 50% off total bill (including food and drinks) when paid by a valid Visa Signature, Visa Infinite, Visa Commercial card everyday at any participating restaurant, for bill value above VND 3,000,000 with maximum VND 2,000,000 deduction per bill.

Booking Conditions:

• All diners who make reservation for minimum 2 persons must be Visa Signature, Visa Infinite, Visa Commercial cardholders.

• Offer is available on everyday.

• Diners must meet bill requirement as set out in Program Details and make payment with the Eligible Cards to enjoy the privilege. For avoidance of doubts, diners are unqualified for the privilege if minimum bill requirement is not met and paid with the Eligible Cards.

• The next reservation shall be confirmed once the current booking has been utilized.

• In best interest of diners, diners shall carry the Eligible Card that have used for reservation and restaurants shall validate card details before payment is proceeded.

Booking Period:

• Booking shall be made 1 day in advance for best arrangement.

Key Booking Process:

• Reservation must be made via Visa Vietnam Affluent Hotline or email*. Reservations made through third-party websites/apps or directly with participating restaurants are not eligible for the privilege.

• Acceptance or change of reservation is at the sole discretion of participating restaurants and subject to availability.

• The Offer is not valid in conjunction with other ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers, and in-house offers.

Booking Distribution:

• Total weekly quota is set at 50, renewed every Wednesday.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation or amendment shall be made within 2 hours prior to the confirmed reservation.

• For confirmed reservations, amendment shall be made up to 2 times maximum.

Program Details: Complimentary single set menu when paid by a valid Visa Infinite card at any of the 4 MICHELIN Starred and participating MICHELIN Selected restaurant, for bill value from VND 2,000,000.

Booking Conditions:

• Diners must meet bill requirement as set out in Program Details and make payment with the Eligible Cards to enjoy the privilege. For avoidance of doubts, diners are unqualified for the privilege if minimum bill requirement is not met and paid with the Eligible Cards.
• The next reservation would only be noted and confirmed once the current booking has been utilized.
• In best interest of diners, diners shall carry the Eligible Card that have used for reservation and restaurants shall validate card details before payment is proceeded.

Booking Period:

• Booking shall be made in advance for guaranteed reservation as follows:
• For bookings at Ănăn Saigon and Gia: Minimum 2 weeks in advance
• For bookings at Tầm Vị: Minimum 1 week in advance
• For bookings at all other participating restaurants: 1-2 days in advance
• Advance booking time shall be counted once diners call or drop emails to Visa Vietnam Affluent with full booking details.
• Bookings shall be proceeded and confirmed within 24 working hours.
• For any booking made less than the above-mentioned advance timeline, reservation is subject to the restaurants' availability.

Key Booking Process:

• Reservation must be made via Visa Vietnam Affluent Hotline or email*. Reservations made through third-party websites/apps or directly with participating restaurants are not eligible for the privilege.
• Acceptance or change of reservation is at the sole discretion of participating restaurants and subject to availability.
• The Offer is not valid in conjunction with other ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers, and in-house offers.

Booking Distribution: Total monthly quota is set at 200, renewed every month.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation or amendment shall be made within 24 hours prior to the confirmed reservation.
• For confirmed reservations, amendment shall be made up to 2 times maximum.

Terms and Conditions

• There might be blackout dates on holidays and special occassions at certain participating restaurants.
• Any queries relating to reservations shall be directed to Aspire Lifestyles via Visa Vietnam Affluent Hotline at (84-28) 3824 0515 or email to visadining@aspirelifestyles.com, who will assist to liaise with relevant participating restaurant(s).
• All queries and/or complaints shall be referred to the participating restaurants.
• List of participating restaurants may be amended without prior notice.
• Privileges cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional programs, offers, discount cards, vouchers or VIP privileges, unless otherwise stated.
• Visa & the participating Merchant reserve the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Offer and Terms & Conditions at anytime without prior notice.
• In the case of any dispute, the decision of Visa shall be final.
• For the avoidance of doubt, while Visa has facilitated this Offer for the benefit of Visa cardholders, the Merchant is the sole provider of all goods and/or services and/or prizes under this offer. Accordingly, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that the procurement by him/her of any goods and/or services and/or prizes under this Offer shall constitute a contract solely between the Merchant and him/her, and Visa is not, nor will become, a party thereto.
