Instructions for receiving E-voucher code:

BIDV sends E-voucher code to eligible BIDV JCB Ultimate cardholders via SMS (customer's phone number registered with BIDV) with the following (expected) periods

• Card issuance and spending from 01/10/2024 to 31/10/2024: Reward payment on 02/12/2024

The reward to customers may be later than expected in case BIDV's process of checking and verifying cardholder information is prolonged, but no later than 45 days from the end date of the program.
