Promotion period: From 15 April 2019 to 19 October 2019

Eligibility:

+ Customers who open new BIDV primary international cards - not including business debit cards, business credit cards, cashier cards, and Visa Infinite cards.

+ BIDV international cardholders who make payment transactions domestically and abroad.

+ Customers who open new BIDV domestic debit cards (except Etrans cards linked to the USD accounts).

+ BIDV domestic debit cardholders (existing and new ones) who register for BIDV Pay+ service during the promotion period.

+ BIDV cardholders who make transactions via cards and meet the regulations.

Promotion Mechanics:

Incentive 1: Cash back to domestic debit cardholders (From 15 April 2019 to 29 September 2019)

- Customers who open BIDV domestic debit cards and/or register BIDV Pay+ service shall get issuance fee waiver and first annual fee waiver.

- More than 100,000 special gifts:

Incentive 2: Lucky draw to domestic debit cardholders (From 15 April 2019 to 29 September 2019)

Customers who open new cards and make payment transactions of VND200,000 or more during the promotion period will have an opportunity to participate in 06 prizes lucky draw and win special prizes as follows:

• 06 First Prizes: 589-liter Hitachi Inverter Fridge, R-S700GPGV2 GS, worth VND51,490,000 each

• 18 Second Prizes: Sony Smart TV 43 inch KDL-43W660F, worth VND10,400,000 each

• 60 Third Prizes: Sony WI-C300 Bluetooth headset, worth VND1,190,000 each

Incentive 3: Cash back to international credit cardholders and debit cardholders (From 15 April 2019 to 19 October 2019)

Customers participating in the program will have an opportunity to receive incentives/refunds up to VND2,000,000 when (i) successfully opening new cards and making valid payment transactions; or (ii) spending in foreign countries via international cards issued by BIDV.

(ii) Refund up to VND2,000,000 to cardholders spending in foreign countries via international cards issued by BIDV: Refund of 2.1% of the transaction value, up to VND1,000,000 per customer x 2 times for Platinum cardholders and up to VND500,000 per customer x 2 times for Gold and Standard cardholders.

Incentive 4: Lucky draw to customers who have transactions via international cards (From 19 April 2019 to 19 October 2019)

Each customer making domestic and foreign transactions via international cards issued by BIDV is entitled to receive a prize code to participate in the final lucky draw and have a chance to win prizes as follows:

* 10 Korean tours, each tour for 2 people worth VND30,000,000

* 01 MAZDA CX5 CAR 2.0 (2018) worth VND900 million.
