BIDV’s new generation SmartBanking really impresses millions of individual customers
Pioneering in digital product development, BIDV became the first bank in Vietnam to provide home loan on a mobile app - BIDV Home, enabling individual customers to apply for a home loan for projects financed by BIDV or under cooperation programs with developers. BIDV is also the first bank to deploy the chip-based citizen ID card application, which allows customers to use their chip-based citizen ID card and fingerprint to carry out domestic money transfer transactions, and 24/7 instant transfer at the self-service area - BIDV Ezone. BIDV Ezones are continuously installed at branches to support customers to increase self-service, minimize contact or cash transactions.
Providing high-tech solutions for institutional customers
Considering “comprehensive digitization and optimization of institutional customer experience” as one of the bank’s strategic operational objectives, BIDV focuses on and prioritizes upgrading and improvement of key features for institutional customers. The highlight is the implementation of Omni BIDV iBank platform for corporate customers. This is an omni-channel digital banking system application for all corporate customers using digital banking products and services with a consistent and seamless experience on both platforms: website and mobile.
For the website channel: BIDV iBank provides comprehensive digital banking solutions with more than 18 functions/groups of function, fully meeting the transaction requirements, including: inquiry, domestic/international money transfer, bill payment, online term deposit, tax/state budget payment, etc. and unique and specialized digital banking service solutions such as cash management services; virtual account management services, ERP connection with customer’s internal accounting system.
Omni BIDV iBank brings a whole new experience to institutional customers
BIDV iBank mobile app brings customers a completely new experience with unique features such as instant creation of QR code/QR code scanning for instant money transfer at millions of transaction points nationwide; interface personalization/customization according to user preferences; multi-language with 07 functions/groups of function, including: inquiry, domestic/international money transfer, payroll, bill payment, recurring bill payment, online term deposit, charge-back and user-friendly functions.
Besides, in respond to customer’s desire of a seamless and simplified experience following the trend of “embedded banking”, “integrated banking” that is widespread in Vietnamese market, BIDV is one of a few banks pioneering to create direct connection to customer’s accounting software: ERP Connection.
